A Company Where We Belong

Behind every machine is the result of joint efforts– whether from the hands of a mechanic, an engineer or a test inspector.

And we know for sure, a tired, rushed, or stressed-out worker makes mistakes. Especially when people come to their workstation with worried thoughts, the results can be worrying too.

This is why WENDY® committed to building a work atmosphere that gives our employees a true sense of belonging – one where they can work safely, flexibly, altogether and with initiative, and where we offer as much help as possible, whenever they need it.

In short, our company will always have their backs.

Take working hours for instance, our employees don’t need to punch clock in the traditional sense. While many factories still believe that "8:00 AM sharp" equals productivity, we quietly figured out something else long ago : Life happens. And good work happens when you trust people to live it.

So our employees are allowed to work flexible hours when they need to.

l Need to drop your kid off at school? Sure, come a bit later then, we get it.

l Have a morning doctor's appointment? Handle it. Your workstation will wait.

l Already finished your daily quota and want to leave earlier to beat the traffic? Go for it.

l We encourage employees to leave early so they can go to the gym and stay healthy.

l We even let our people decide how long they need for parental leave – and we pay them fully the whole time.

This also proved to be quite a rather popular essential for employees of young generation, and it encourages them to work better, and even take pride in their works.

Indeed, a multi-stage pump is a piece of equipment that requires focus, care, and a clear head. So the people who take care of your pumps? The company is taking care of them.

A company is the people who show up, and the people who stay.
